Hello. Happy New Year! Sorry I haven’t written in a while. The past seven/eight months have been a bit hectic to say the least. There’s been a lot going on, some of which I’ve alluded to in my previous blog posts and some which I haven’t shared yet.
But that’s about to change. Over this hectic time period I have been very distracted by ‘family drama’ and whilst my family is very loving and I recognise I’m extremely privileged to have a family like mine, there are always issues within the ranks. This drama hasn’t subsided and seems to be getting bigger and I’ve decided that I’ve had enough.
Therefore as a struggling writer I decided to do what I do best and (without putting them on blast too much) I wrote some poetry of sorts to get my feelings out, turned it into a mini collection and I’m putting the PDF on my blog in a separate page where I’ll be putting all the links to my *published* written work. https://tonitizing.com/written-works/
If you like the highly dramatic poems written in what I can only assume is a manic episode and would like a hard copy of the mini collection to have please send me a message on Twitter if you follow me or email me at tonimae181297@gmail.com. I’m not charging anything for it as it’s not long enough to be a proper pamphlet and I don’t feel like I should monetise of my family drama but I have provided links to a few of my favourite writer friends who you should definitely follow and support. If I’ve somehow reached someone outside of the UK and shipping costs are high I might be cheeky and ask you to donate to a worthy cause so it isn’t as much of a deficit cashing out to get you a mini collection sent.
